No guaranteed outcomes

Motenza PR does not guarantee editorial publication, media coverage, publisher acceptance, search-engine indexing, search ranking, content removal, audience response, revenue or any specific commercial outcome unless a separate written agreement expressly states a narrowly defined deliverable.

Intellectual property

Website design, original text and agency materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership in client materials is claimed beyond rights granted for the requested work.

Limitations
