Motenza PR services may not be used to create, distribute or promote unlawful, deceptive or malicious content.

Illegal activity and fraud

Services may not be used to facilitate illegal activity, fraud, evasion, theft or deliberate financial deception.

Impersonation and fabricated credentials

Users may not impersonate another person or organization, fabricate professional credentials or falsely claim authorization, affiliation, awards or endorsements.

False or deceptive claims

Intentionally false press materials, deceptive financial claims, fabricated quotes and material omissions designed to mislead are prohibited.

Intellectual-property infringement

Users must have appropriate rights to text, photographs, trademarks, logos, data and other supplied materials.

Harassment and malicious content

Services may not be used for threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, defamation known to be false, malware or content designed to cause unlawful harm.

Spam and platform abuse

Unlawful unsolicited bulk messaging, manipulation of platform systems and activity intended to evade vendor policies are prohibited.

Review and enforcement

Motenza PR may request supporting information, reject a campaign, suspend work or terminate an inquiry when content presents material legal, ethical or platform-policy concerns.
